Music in Pictures

The students at MHS are participating in a wonderful Art Contest sponsored by the Rosemary Beach Foundation entitled, "Music in Pictures." Students were asked to listen to several wonderful scores by the composer, Camille Saint-Saens entitled, "Carnival of the Animals." Students are to use their imaginations after listening to the classical music and then interpret what they hear through their visual art. Combining the animal they choose, carnival-like aspects, and music was an exciting challenge. This challenge has produced some amazing artwork. Thank you Rosemary Beach Foundation for sponsoring this wonderful competition!
